My Customer had specific requests and we relayed that to the office (Carolyn) and she made sure to obtain all details needed to help the process move quickly. Customer was very pleased with the workers, and the work they requested more to be performed. Without hesitation, Universal quoted and again back to site quickly to complete. From start to finish, working with Carolyn and Ed has been amazing. I was finishing parts of my basement and needed lights, outlets etc. in two new rooms. I had a hard time finding someone to even answer the phone, when I finally found Universal: Carolyn answered the phone right away, made the entire process a breeze and sent out Ed, the technician, for an estimate the same day. Ed is a super fun & dedicated Professional who answered all my questions, really knows what he is doing and delivers exactly as promised. They are now my go-to-people I will call if I need an electrician again in the future.
